Takashi Murakami and J Balvin Collaborated on a Clothing Line

Inspiration takes many forms, and the inspiration for Takashi Murakami's latest clothing collection was taken from artist J Balvin's songs.

Colombian singer J Balvin is one of the most popular Latin artists to date, making an appearance alongside Jennifer Lopez and Shakira at this year's Super Bowl Half Time show. This latest clothing collection drew inspiration from the artist's tracks that include 'Azul,' 'Rosa,' 'Negro' and 'Verde,' and offer shirts and sweaters that arrive with specific motifs. Each of the items is stamped with the artist's iconic smiling flowers, with the singer's name stamped across the bottom. The clothes arrive in a versitile color palette that includes items in green, blue, black, white and more.
