The Canadian footwear company Baffin has added a new model to its line of protective boots — the ICE CREW (SAFETY TOE & PLATE) silhouette. This model is designed with a focus on occupational use by emergency personnel and industrial workers.
The ICE CREW (STP) boot incorporates a Composite Safety Toe and Plate, which delivers " lightweight defense against impact and puncture." This material is joined by IceBite® on the outsole, which ensures grip on icy surfaces, and a waterproof construction built from leather and a breathable membrane.
Baffin ensured that the design of the ICE CREW (STP) boot prioritizes rapid donning and removal, with pull loops and a slip-on style. Like all of the company's silhouettes, this product has undergone testing in real-world, low-temperature environments to validate its performance claims.
