Baltic Watches has tapped Peter Auto for a new stopwatch and chronograph collector’s set dubbed the ‘Tricompax Baltic x Peter Auto.’ The set includes the Baltic three-register chronograph and two stopwatches designed by Peter Auto, an icon in the European vintage motor racing industry. The ‘Sellita SW-510M’ chronograph features a central second-hand and minute counter that are both dipped in a decadent orange shade, while the hour counter opts for yellow. The watch is a reference to the 1960s and is a hand-wound version of the company’s signature chronograph movement.
The stopwatches boast flyback movements and can be mounted on a supplied anodized aluminum plate, which can then be secured to a dashboard for use during motor races.
The ‘Tricompax Baltic x Peter Auto’ will be produced in limited quantities of up to 300 pieces and will be available online at Baltic’s website on August 26.
