Bodytising

You Could Be a Human Billboard

There seems to be a rising trend in bodytising. We've already covered a number of bodytising trends at Trend Hunter, and there are dozens more examples on the net. In addition to foreheadvertising, we're now seeing ladies get into the market, with more 'appealing' (revealing?) spaces to sell. Most recently, GoldenPalace.com bought Elise Harp's pregnant belly.

Implications - Advertising agencies have now turned to unconventional media space to help draw attention to the brands they are advertising for. Ideas such as body advertising have become popular as the concept is simple and eye-catching. Consumers are drawn to body modifications, especially if it is in an exposed area. By purchasing these spaces on bodies, agencies have guaranteed memorable exposure.
