All of the Precast House’s parts draw the person to the horizon and the hillside.
The Precast House is made of polished precast concrete, with glass stairways and large windows that reflect the surrounding landscape. It has three parts—the house, garage, and the swimming pool. The architects of the Precast House explain, “The relationship between the three elements is a casual one, slipping past each other, sliding towards the sea… The reflected landscape is visible in both materials glass and polished precast concrete.”
