Like the Aviara AM and PM drinks, the silk-screened, frosted glass bottles are clean and simple. The AM drink is a blend of aloe, ginger and green tea extracts, apple and carrot juices, calcium, vitamins, resveratrol, and a whole list of other products to help boost energy levels at the start of the day. PM uses acai and blueberry juices, chamomile and lavender extract, melatonin, resveratrol, and other tasty ingredients to help calm and soothe the nerves at the end of the day.
