Models without Makeup Shoots

Harper's Bazaar Features 90s Mega Models Cosmetics-Free

The latest to join the ‘models without makeup’ bandwagon is Harper’s Bazaar who, for their September 2009 issue, featured the mega models of the 90s au naturel.

“Amber Valletta, Shalom Harlow, Kristen McMenamy, Helena Christensen, Nadja Auermann, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Tatjana Patitz are all stunning but seeing them without makeup, excessive retouching or complicated styling adds a new layer to their allure,” Models.com says.

It looks like Elle France kicked off something major when they started featuring celebrities and models without makeup back in April (see our coverage below), because ever since, other magazines have been going cosmetics - and in some cases even photoshop - free.
