John Galliano's Dior Runway Show for Fall 2009

John Galliano's Fall 2009 couture show for Dior seemed to draw inspiration from gay fashion icon Lady Gaga.

Many of the models were sent down the runway without pants; in fact, plenty of them had their garter stockings in full view.

Overall, the clothing was colorful and pretty with beautiful detailing - at least where there was clothing.

Implications - It goes without failure, if you want to find a way to attract a crowd simply "drop trou," meaning take off your trousers. These pant-less outfits are actually quite the eye catching get ups with bright hued tops making up for the lack of bottoms. Although Lady Gaga could probably wear these out in public, are average women also brave enough to go without pants?
