Adidas Marks 60th Anniversary With the Return of 3-Stripe Sneaks

It has now been 60 years since Adi Dassler introduced the first iconic 3-stripe sneakers back in 1949. For the Spring/Summer 2009 collection, Adidas Originals created a special line of footwear to reflect the decades of the brand’s conception and lifestyle credentials.

I love the funky star-studded house party commercial. The 60th anniversary focuses on celebrating the iconic 3-Stripes logo which has become synonymous with the brand.
