Armpit Advertising

Boost Mobile Compares Hairy Armpits to Cell Phone Carriers

Is Boost Mobile telling us that women with 18-inch armpit hair are unnatural and wrong? Apparently, yes. This hilarious commercial uses women’s armpit hair as a simile to illustrate what’s “wrong” with most mobile carriers.

I feel sorry for the guy that has to sit behind her. The ad was created by advertising agency 180, LA with creative direction by William Gelner, Joel Rodriguez, John Matejczyk, Peter Vattanatham, and Erwin Federizo. The copy was written by Eric Helin and Amir Farhang.
