Moller International is the design group who has been promising us a flying car for several years. They now claim to be only two years away from a Ferrari-inspired, flying vehicle called, the "Autovolantor." The vehicle will be powered by eight fans mounted in the fuselage that push the car forward on the ground (top speed of 100 mph) and up into the air (150 mph.)
Something tells me that it’s not this simple. Even if they manage to produce a car that can go airborne, there are a lot of logistics to take care of before people “fly” to work. Licenses, air-traffic, mechanics, insurance...
