TextGuard Blocks Blackberry SMS

Tracking employee distractions has reached new extremes with the launch of TextGuard. This beta application blocks calls, text messages and SMS from Windows Mobile and Blackberry mobile phones.

Rather than simply blocking the calls or text messages outright, however, TextGuard tracks the rejected communication, a move that makes the application relevant for both corporate and family uses. All blocked texts and calls are logged so that a parent or employer can view the contents and source of every blocked piece of communication.
