Nike Vintage Shows Love for Retro Facial Hair

Nike knows consumers think retro is hip, but the sports brand wants to be the one to bring the mustache back. They want to revive the age of sports in which the mustache played an integral role in the style statement of athletes.

"Is your mustache not quite up to snuff?" the Nike Vintage site asks. "Having issues attracting that special someone because you can't grow that thick, macho, manstache? We've got you covered. No matter what your style might be; the walrus, the handlebar, or even the chopper, there's no resisting these whisker-kissers. They're guaranteed to please."

Online magazine, Oregon Runner, had a Nike editorial featuring athletes decked out in Nike gear that was very 1970s, complete with the moustaches of the times. How's that for a revival of vintage?
