Designers are catering to this need by making luxurious vibrating “things.” With a name like TriStar Bronze Massage 69, I think they are pretty clear which sex this is aimed at. The massage chair has six “techniques” - includng a foot massage. If you need music to reach nirvana a CD player (what no iPod dock?) and speakers are built in. I'm thinking this is a money maker for the privacy of a tanning booth or women's only health club, but maybe that's just me. It's $5,000 if you want one that somebody else hasn't ridden.
