I'm aware that designers use fashion shows to be over the top and outrageous to get attention. But aren't the fashions supposed to give a clue as to what the designers think somebody might actually buy and wear?

Looking at the works by designers La Casita de Wendy HAPPY during The EGO of Pasarela Cibeles fashion show in Madrid in January make me wonder. Robert Basler from Reuters does a great job of skewering in the excerpt:
