Bill Gates' Video Parodies His Own Retirement (CES 2008)

As Bill Gates tried to balance on his exercise ball, he turned to his personal trainer, Matthew McConaughey, and asked him if he was ready to take his shirt off.

Can’t picture it? Then you’ll have to check out the video shown at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. That’s just one scene from the movie Bill Gates aired before his last ever CES keynote address. The retirement parody is Gate’s comic version of what life after Microsoft could look like, complete with celebrity cameos.

Gates goes on a mission to find a new talent, and turns to Jay-Z, Bono, Steven Spielberg and others. When he phones Barrak Obama, he asks, “Bill? Bill Clinton?”
