Bright Lights Can Be Useful, Fun and a Little Dangerous

Wicked Lasers features a wide selection of innovative lasers you can use to make cool designs, pop balloons or start your fingers on fire. I’m not kidding. Check out my favourite FAQ from the Wicked Laser website:

Just how powerful?
Although most of our lasers produce a beam that is visible in daylight, they are clearly not “death rays.” Temporary contact with the skin will cause no pain or harm. Prolonged contact with the skin, which is not recommended, will cause a sensation of warmth.

Our more powerful lasers can burn through the thickness of plastic used for garbage bags or pop a balloon, and can ignite matches if the beam is held on them long enough.

There is however the danger of serious eye damage with any laser. Looking directly into a class IIIb laser beam or a direct reflection, can cause more damage to the eye than looking directly at the sun. Wicked Lasers products are not toys and must be used with caution. (Wicked Lasers)

Cool stuff. I'm going to tell a friend of mine about it who does motorcycle stunt tricks. Would be something cool to use during his show.
