For all of you Pantone Universe lovers out there, imagine being able to wear your favorite wall pigments! This concept for Underpantones makes the vivid spectrum of delightful tones available for the more private part of your wardrobe -- but it's highly likely that you would want to show these off.
Craig Keown and Frederick Peens of Mark Design Studio worked on the clever graphic design and the playful packaging of these colorful undergarments. The men's Underpantone briefs and the ladies' Pantytones have are folded up neatly into squares and nestled into cardboard cartons. These create white strips along the tops of the underwear and, with the word Pantone and the hue code printed across them, the Underpantones and their wrappers come to whimsically mimic magnified versions of paint chips.
