Quirky Statuesque Models

'The Look of Fantasy' Vogue Japan Editorial is Eccentrically Posed

For October 2012, the oriental fashion bible explores interesting posing with 'The Look of Fantasy' Vogue Japan Editorial.

Styled by Aurora Sansone, this quirky editorial has no shortage of fantastically luxuriant fashion. Labels like Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Marni, Louis Vuitton, Etro, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Balenciaga and Mary Katrantzou make an appearance in this fashion story. The look was decidedly whimsical, as pieces featured where amusingly chic. These looks were complimented by the modish bob sported, courtesy of hair stylist Akki Shirakawa.

Model Patricia van der Vliet turned up the theatrics in portraying the chimerical character in this editorial. Lensed by Paola Kudacki, the quick curious posing of the model gave this piece in October 2012 an unusually fun feel. With this dramatically comical fashion story, Vogue Japan proves that fashion has a quirky side.
