The spirit is double-distilled to ensure quality before being triple-filtered for impressive purity and comes finished with a touch of honey for a well-rounded taste profile. The spirit is bottled with a 42% ABV and reported to have rich umami notes alongside light, subtle flavors. The spirit is available now at the restaurant's three locations in London, Manchester and Miami.
