Christian LaCroix piled on the fabric in his series of exuberant dresses in Paris. He melded the haute with the playful and didn’t disappoint the catwalk watchers. His collection was displayed at the modern Pompideau Center, and the dresses gave a startling impression played against the background. Circus bright colors were his calling card.
