“Meccaniche Veloci†literally means mechanical speed, appropriate for the Quattro Valvole watch by designer Meccaniche Veloci, who patterned it after the Ferrari 308 GTB/GTS Quattrovalvole, a four-valve 1984 automobile that the famous watchmaker pioneered. The Quattro Valvole Watch features four faces for tracking time in four time zones. Each face has its own Swiss mechanical movement, enclosed with titanium fixtures in an aluminum casing made in much the same way as competition-spec pistons. Quattro Valvole is priced at $5,500.00.
