The Louis Vuitton 'Objets Nomades' Release is Extravagant

The luxe Louis Vuitton 'Objets Nomades' collection combines a designer label with ordinary objects. The series was released at the Design Miami Fair 2012. Louis Vuitton partnered with a group of designers to create 16 distinct foldable objects that can be used for travel.

Collaborations included, but were not limited to, Patricia Urquiola and Maarten Baas. The launch featured lamps, furniture including a beach chair, a hammock and several other functional pieces. The objects are easy to carry and to store. The collection is a streamlined mixture of leather, braiding, strapping and puncturing techniques that make each piece exclusive to Louis Vuitton.
