The new jet set Barbie collection lets girls whisk their favourite plastic idols off to a luxury retreat in a three story villa or for an equestrian getaway complete with fancy riding helmet and elegant pony.

The rider collection comes with a perfectly groomed, long eyelashed pony who is just as stylish as your miniature heroine. The horse wears hot pink ankle warmers, a matching pink tail scrunchy and is decked with a girly saddle to match Barbie’s fuscia riding jacket.

After grooming the stylish stallion with the enclosed brush, practice jumping over the pink fence and award the plastic duo with a trophy, and ribbon prizes.

Because Barbie doesn’t bother with boredom, her fun continues when she heads back into the comforts of her opulent villa. The three story mansion is more luxurious than any house she’s owned before. The staircase wraps around the outside of the house, leading Barbie to the furnished rooms above where she can entertain guests or simply indulge in pampering and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen offers plenty of room for entertaining, while maintaining a welcoming coziness.

After an exhausting day of riding, Barbie can stretch out in her magnificent tub before retreating to her mosquito-netted bed, or head up to the detachable third floor where she has a fold down wall bed.

The house is even enhanced with sound effects, to make the play house experience even more lifelike. Not only does the doorbell really work, but the stove emits the culinary sound of food being fried.
