GustOrganic is First Organic-Certified Bar in the United States

GustOrganics is the world’s first bar and restaurant to use only organic spirits, mixers, fruit, cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor. GustOrganics is also the only certified organic restaurant in New York, according to Luxist. This pantheon of eco-friendliness also utilizes a wind turbine for power and menus that are printed on recycled paper with soy ink.

GustOrganics uses locally-sourced food from small suppliers, supports fair trade practices and is certified by the Green Restaurant Association.
