How bad-ass is this Grenade Estuche (Jewelry case) set of drawers in the shape of a hand grenade by Los Carpinteros? It’s certainly not your mom’s typical jewelry case!

Los Carpinteros’ work was recently featured an PBS’ Frontline/World in a report about Cuban art.

Other interesting and unusual pieces include Mano Creadora (Creative Hand),  a hand shaped set of drawers and La Siesta (The Nap), a rocking chair with stacked up pillows that reach the ceiling!
