Video Alerts - New Google Alerts Feature

If you’re familiar with Google alerts, then the title should have been enough to get you excited. Google has been letting people sign up to receive free Google alerts when new topics of their choice pop up according to the key words you submit. Until now, the service was only available for news, web, blogs and groups. Now the search engine giant will offer the same service for videos, alerting users when content pertaining to their particular interests make its debut on the web.
Video Alerts enables you to specify any topics or queries of interest so we can deliver interesting and relevant videos on a daily, weekly, or as-it-happens basis (your choice) to you via email. To start receiving Video Alerts, you can visit the Google Alerts homepage directly or set up the alert during your normal video searches. Videos may come from Google Video, YouTube, or many other video sources on the web.
