Since leaving Vogue Paris in January 2011, former editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld has turned to styling, making her triumphant return to the world of magazines with the Carine Roitfeld for V Magazine September 2011 issue shoot. Shot by famed celebrity and fashion photographer Mario Testino, the 300-page September issue of the magazine is called the 'Heroes Issue,' and pays tribute to the late, legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor in a 72-page spread featuring stunning model and young Elizabeth Taylor look-a-like Aymeline Valade.

The Carine Roitfeld for V Magazine September 2011 issue, or 'Heroes Issue,' hits stands on September 6th.
