Would you like some tips on family planning with that steak? Contraceptive awareness is a major theme in Thai campaigns these days, due to the country’s soaring rates of the disease. Cabbage & Condom hopes to make contraceptives as widely available to the public as vegetables are in public markets. Every diner receives complimentary condoms. The restaurant’s decor is condom themed: condom-clad mannequins, displays of condoms from around the world, and various posters advocating family planning.
