Books have been called works of art before, but Robert takes this term literally. He creates his masterpieces of papercraft sculptures from bound volumes such as ‘Art of the Masters’ and the Encyclopaedia Britannica.

Robert intricately cuts out lobsters, scorpions and guns from the books which become art in multiple levels. The 3-D forms themselves stand as fascinating pieces, but when teamed with the outlined book, such as with his black scorpion, the duo becomes even more captivating.
