BKUND Sweaters Feature Bold Brights and Loud Graphics

The BKUND Sweaters are shocking and eccentric, with loud coloring and bold graphics. Rendered by Balazs Juhasz, the Hungarian-based designer says of the apparel on his site, "Hoodies and brainf**ks inspired by Sir David Attenborough and chinese factories."

The sweaters frequent wildlife graphics, like striking cobras and fierce cougars. The natural images are combined with factory reject colors, including neon pinks with paprika peppering. To tie in the motifs, Juhasz overlays the images with extra animal prints and 90s imagery. Memorable pieces include a full cougar hoodie and a fairy/dolphin mashup crew sweater.

BKUND Sweaters includes hoodies, crew neck sweaters and woven pieces. Each piece is hand-rendered, boasting high quality finishes and thoughtful construction. While the artistic design of the works may seem drug-induced, the wear and style of each is done to perfection. The fire lion piece shows just enough collar bone to be feminine, while maintaining the oversized look.
