We’ve mentioned that skulls are a key symbol of current pop culture fascination, but we’ve also highlighted how ethereal creatures like butterflies are demonstrating a strong influence on design as well. Lucky 11 combined these two elements to form an ironic combination to create what they dubbed “Skullerflies.”
Skullerflies are accessories worn in the hair that at first look like giant, elaborate butterflies, but upon closer examination show a small human skull in the centre.
