Every single golf club house I have been to, or even seen in magazines, looks like suburban bank lobby or funeral home. The design of the Golf Club Semparchersee in Switzerland is just awesome. The designers, Smolenicky, are German and were assigned to makeover the largest club in Switzerland. Vowing to keep the country character and integrate worldly sophistication, they have created a sleek and minimalist clubhouse that probably overshadows the golf course experience.
