The outcome is a wide array of creatively designed and colorful shoes that would liven up any sneaker collection.

The unique idea leverages the recent popularity of the Pokémon GO game and integrates it with one of the most powerful athletic brands, Nike. The crowdsourced website encouraging submissions of anime-inspired sneakers is a smart marketing tool to influence consumers to create and purchase shoes from Nike -- a company that just happens to be a client of RG/A.
