A woman with a 36MMM bust, each weighing 9kg (about 20lbs), has been verified by Guinness World Records as having the largest breast implants in the world.
She started with silicone implants but had them replaced with overfilled saline when the silicone scare spread. However, her chest began to sag and she had tubes put in her armpits. In 2000, her implants were removed and the pockets filled with plastic string (a currently banned procedure). "A solution was injected to make the breasts produce fluid and 'inflate' – but they kept on growing."
As for the looks she gets in public, she says, 'I've seen some pretty funny things happen. Men walking into things and getting slapped by their girlfriends because they were staring so hard.'
