Danish Company VIPP's Charity Competition to Combat AIDS

The Danish company VIPP, innovators of the rubber foot lever on garbage cans, is celebrating their 70th Anniversary by hosting a charity auction in New York City.

VIPP is working with design retailer Design Within Reach (DWR) on this event to raise funds for the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA). Celebrity designers at this competition include Yoko Ono, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren.
