Sarah Palin is hot, but she’s had some help according to cosmetic surgery experts. They suggest Sarah Palin has no doubt had some minimally invasive work on her face. Not one expert thinks Sarah Palin has had plastic surgery, rather they think she has benefited from Botox to take care of a few wrinkles.

Some suggest she had a chemical peel to enhance her skin’s young, giving her a healthy look. Another expert says fillers have been used in Sarah Palin’s crow’s feet and on her forehead to keep wrinkles at bay.

The word is still out on a breast lift to keep Sarah Palin’s breasts perky after five children.
