Miss Plastic Hungary is a beauty pageant that celebrates plastic surgery by honoring the contestant with the best cosmetic enhancements—-those that, according to the organizers, display a “perfect harmony of body and soul”—-with cash and prizes.

The gallery and video above show contestants from this year's Miss Plastic Hungary contest. There were breast implants aplenty, but also rhinoplasties and even surgically-enhanced toes.

Implications - The winner for this year was 22-year-old Reka Urban who won an apartment in Budapest. The first runner-up won a car and the second runner-up won diamond jewelry worth almost $11 thousand dollars! The winners' plastic surgeons were also given awards for the great work that they have done.
