Raw Color Plays With Food and Turns it into Statues

This series of oddly placed food is a photography collection entitled 'Nowness Martin Creed x Pierre Gagnaire' by Raw Color.

These stackable structures are deconstructed entrees from London's Sketch restaurant. The dishes are created by chef Pierre Gagnaire and they are dedicated specifically to artist Martin Creed who revisualized the restaurant's interior design with his creative work and decor.

The entrees called 'Navet Martin Creed' and 'Dundee Pinky' have been constructed to stand as food statues. Raw Color manages to capture these still-life images that show a fun and quirky way to mess with food. The ingredients to make these structures are comprised of goat chesse, coconut, lobster, parmesan cream, foie gras, filo pastry and more. Raw Color sure does know how to revamp food to make raw goods look ravishing.
