Melting Superhero Sculptures

'No One Can Save Us Now' is a Take on Global Warming

'No One Can Save Us Now' is a giant statue of a melting Superman that was created by Mojoko and Eric Foenander. The bold superhero stands tall with his hands on hips, but sadly, his upper half has melted away.

When asked what the statue was symbolizes, Mojoko said that "it's a comment on global warming. The fact that the superhero is melting gives us little hope for the future." While this statement is quite depressing, it may be true. Sadly, we may have reached the point where even our greatest superheros cannot save us from the disappearing ozone layer.

No One Can Save Us Now looks at global warming in a grim light that, though sad, is definitely realistic.
