In this editorial shot for a UK magazine, photographer Justin Monroe captures dancer, and now model, Mike Munich in this sailor-themed photo series. Athletically posing in an array of designer swimwear and underwear pieces for 2012, the dancer bends his body in poses that imply movement and uses his best assets to sell the barely-there undergarments.
Having his subject splashing in water in some of the shots, the photographer uses high-speed photography to perfection and is able render movement beautifully in a still image. While some of this photography is shot in black and white and the rest of it in color, all of the images showcase both the photographer's and the model's talents while creating one steamy shoot as well.
