Faceless Feline Icons

The James Jarvis Hello Kitty Toys Remove the Face from the Iconic Kitty

If I didn't know any better, I'd venture to guess that the James Jarvis Hello Kitty toys are some sort of minimalist art project commissioned by Sanrio. As it stands, however, Medicom reached out to British artist James Jarvis to put his own personal spin on the iconic kitty.

The result is the James Jarvis Hello Kitty toys that you see above. These toys stand out due to their obvious lack of a face, something that makes one of the most recognizable mascots in the world look almost unfamiliar. Check out the James Jarvis' faceless take on Hello Kitty in the gallery above.
