Design Firm Honey and Bunny Create a Meal Using Their Tools

Food was flying this at this year's annual Vienna Design Week where Sonja Stummerer, Martin Hablesreiter and Tom Hanslmaier of the architecture and design practice Honey and Bunny busted out the tools of their trade and whipped up a gourmet meal. The bracing and somewhat odd experience saw the building masters construct a series of strange concoctions using a band saw to cut vegetables, a heat gun as a bread machine and a blow torch to bake a pie. Everything from the food to the glassware was made from edible materials.

By all accounts, the team from Honey and Bunny put on an entertaining show, but few spectators actually tested the food. This fun exercise certainly captured the firm's innovative spirit, solving even the most unlikely of problems with the tools at hand.

More entertaining than tasty, Honey and Bunny has certainly proved they're capable of thinking outside the pizza box.
