Although it is based on designs by Telsa, the Exhale Fan will also bring to mind Dyson's own bladeless fan. Of course, that is due in large part to function and not form. In this case, the Exhale Fan looks more like a vortex.
Currently vying for funding on Indiegogo, the Exhale Fan does not attempt to beat the air into submission. Instead, it sucks up the air using a stack of rapidly spinning discs and then filters it through its sides by way of a phenomenon known as laminar flow. Much more quiet and efficient, air is circulated in a more pleasant manner.
