The Costume Denmark April 2012 'Chic Revival' photoshoot displays a digital assortment of oranges, cherries, pineapples and lemons. These bulbous props surrounded the towering figure of Danish model Sofie Schwensen, who somehow managed to merge her appeal with the unusual backdrop.

Few publications have been able to master this produce-oriented vision. Schwensen is entirely ensconced in artful fruit displays, delivering the pages with punches of yellow, orange and deep green hues. The ensembles add to the production's overtly funky slant, showcasing retro opaque off-white sunglasses and a collared floral blouse. These pieces were selected by stylist Gabi Humnicki, and with the help of photographer Sacha Oda, they made the images pop alongside the juicy illustrations.
