This gets filed in the “if you say so” folder. A couple of scientists took a bunch of data collected about global perceptions of beauty into an algorithm that uses 234 measurements to take a photo of a person and redo it to make the person more beautiful.

Woody Allen, more beautiful? He hardly changed. He went from bad to somewhat less bad. This program is different from others because it doesn’t attempt to make the face conform to a predetermined look, but instead adjusts the spaces for each feature to an optimal size for the skull.
