The 'Who Shot Rock & Roll' Exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum

A number of the world’s most talented rock and roll photographers and the moments they seized are being showcased in the ‘Who Shot Rock & Roll: A Photographic History, 1955 to the Present’ exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum. The exhibit will reveal some of the best and the worst moments in the history of rock-and-roll that have been captured on film.

Rock and roll helped slake society’s appetite for personal expression, fueled the fashion movement, and goes hand in hand with fantastical imagery. Examples of the collaborative role photographers of rock-and-roll played in history can be found in six separate sections at the ‘Who Shot Rock & Roll’ exhibit.
