Camouflage may be over in the fashion world, but it’s just taking off in the eco world, and the latest camo project will be revealed in 2012 with France’s very own Jean Moulin High School.
Taking eco-conscious architecture to the rolling hills of Revin, Off Architecture, in association with Duncan Lewis Scape Architecture and Jeans Giacinto, has embarked on the reconstruction of the high school. Utilizing the hilly slopes, Jean Moulin High School will be elevated, receding upwards to create a pattern of movement. According to Designboom.com, by “incorporating the architecture into hilly surroundings, they want to ensure that the users of this new college will benefit from the natural qualities of the surrounding environment.”
