Animal Wall by Gitta Gschwendtner Gets Mixed Reviews

Recently, London designer Gitta Gschwendtner finished her Animal Wall, a wall in Cardiff Bay that incorporates 1,000 nest spaces for birds and bats.

This Animal Wall idea of Gitta Gschwendtner's is questionable. On one hand, humans keep pushing animals out of their habitats and this idea incorporates nature rather than bullying it out. On the other hand, birds tend to make a mess, and freak some people out when they are in large quantities.

Gitta Gschwendtner's Animal Wall will be 50 meters long and separate residential developments and new apartments. Four different box types will be incorporated to accommodate different species.
