Traffic-Stopping Tennis Apparel

Federer, Nadal & Williams Preview US Open Wardrobes

Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams previewed their US Open wardrobes in New York City at the Game, Set, Match exhibition.

Rafael Nadal’s outfit, a bright, traffic-stopping yellow and black polo shirt, matching jacket and black shorts, was inspired by the iconic yellow cabs that cruise the streets on New York.

Serena Williams’ outfit, a bright pink dress with front pleating, was inspired by high fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Dior. The dress also comes in black for those night matches that may call for an LBD.

And top-ranked tennis player Roger Federer’s outfit is a modern red and black polo with black shorts. Both the polo shirt and the shoes come in two different colors so that his number one fan, the always fashionable Anna Wintour, won’t have to see him wearing the same outfit twice.

All outfits are made with Nike Dri-FIT fabrics and can be seen on the players at the US Open starting August 31st.
